Sychar Operations is an internal tool built and operated for Camp Sychar's own maintenance and operations use. It is not offered as a public product or service, and these terms exist mainly to satisfy third-party integration requirements (such as Google's OAuth review process) rather than to govern a general user base.
Access to the system itself (login accounts) is limited to the
camp's operations staff. The one public-facing part of the system is
the Maintenance Request form at /request, which any camp
community member may use to report a maintenance issue.
The system is provided as-is, for internal use, with no warranty of any kind. It is maintained by a single operator on a best-effort basis as part of that operator's camp responsibilities, not as a commercial service with guaranteed uptime or support response times.
Where this system connects to a Google account (Calendar API) to mirror maintenance scheduling data onto a dedicated calendar, that connection is used solely for that purpose, as described in the Privacy Policy, and can be revoked at any time by the operator.
These terms may be updated as the system's scope changes. Continued operation of the system after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms by its operator.
